Over the Forest

Loïs de Vries received a grant to develop her debut EP Over the Forest and present it live at Doka Amsterdam.

Under the artist name of Lo, Loïs writes serene, mysterious pop music combining aspects of dreampop, folk, and ambient as a vocalist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Inspired by textures found in nature, she creates a world reminiscent of misty forests shrouded in tentative sunbeams and dewdrops with atmospheric, polyphonic vocals and baroque melodies.
