BATIK ENZO

Claire Pijman received a grant to develop the film BATIK ENZO. Through three double portraits, the film shows how a young generation of Dutch artists with Indonesian roots are inspired by their dual origins. In collaborations with Indonesian entrepreneurs, a unique cultural cross-pollination occurs.

Claire attended the Dutch Film Academy. She works as a documentary filmmaker and camerawoman. Her documentary Living the Light - Robby Müller received a Golden Calf for Best Long Documentary at the 2019 Netherlands Film Festival.
