Steppin' X Amarte: .multibeat

In November, Studio Hidden Gem in Amsterdam will host ten exclusive live recording sessions, organised by Steppin' Into Tomorrow and made possible in part by Amarte. Through the Steppin' X Amarte open call, ten promising musicians and bands were selected, each performing an intimate live show with an audience, captured in a professional video recording.

.multibeat is a future jazz trio and producer collective from Utrecht. They intuitively blend a wide range of genres, with the beat always at the center. Strongly inspired by artists such as Robert Glasper and the contemporary UK jazz scene, .multibeat aims to bring the hip-hop and jazz worlds closer together through collaborations.

The live sessions will take place on the following dates:

• Saturday, November 5, 7:30 PM: Jaydian Daniel

• Friday, November 6, 7:30 PM: Jèryh Luz
