Nazomer

On September 18, 2026, Nazomer, the new album by Esther Van Hees, will be released. With this project, she pays homage to the rich tradition of Dutch-language chanson, featuring works by renowned composers such as Ruud Bos, Rob van Kreeveld, and Joop Stokkermans, and lyricists like Kees van Kooten, Friso Wiegersma, and Michel van der Plas.

Nazomer is made possible by Podiumkunst.net, Amarte, and the Ramses Shaffy Fonds. The production and arrangements for Nazomer are by Jeroen Vierdag (bass). The album will be presented on September 23, 2026, with the following lineup:
