Méér Vies

Méér Vies is a sensory and theatrical exhibition in which visual art and audio converge. The project explores themes such as female autonomy and the meaning of intimacy in a contemporary context, through a playful, explicit and poetic visual language.

The exhibition brings together drawings, paintings and short videos by Sarah Jonkers, combined with audio stories by Janneke Rinzema. Through an individual listening experience, visitors are invited to enter the inner world of the portrayed characters and explore new perspectives. Visitors are asked to bring their own earphones or headphones to listen to the audio works.
