Amarte and Shimmer are happy to invite artists to submit proposals for a second project in the stairwell of the former Rotterdamse Elektrische Tram (RET) building, designed by city architect Ad van der Steur. For this exhibition, we are seeking proposals for existing work by an artist based in the Netherlands.
