The Tell

Viktor van Woudenberg received a contribution to develop new music under the musical pseudonym of The Tell.

Viktor is a producer/songwriter from Amsterdam. His musical project The Tell starts from a conceptual premise. When you play poker and you bluff, you don't want other players to be able to see that about you. You try to hide it, but you always show something, no matter how controlled you are. An observant player catches those signals. Such a signal is called a "tell": something that betrays what you are trying to hide. The Tell's music is full of these signals. The mistakes, the happy accidents, that chord that only comes back once; they give a song context and make it touchable.
