Equinox

Equinox captures the musical quest for balance between exhilarating, absurdist grooves and serene calm. It is a journey through the extremes of our instruments and voices, ultimately merging in the piece Equinox. The work reflects our own (musical) search for equilibrium, while also expressing a universal process that resonates with everyone.

Woodcraft is an unconventional string quintet that transcends musical boundaries with their original compositions. Featuring a distinctive line-up of three cellos and two violins, the ensemble composes both individually and collaboratively. Their diverse interests and open-minded approach give rise to music that fuses a wide range of influences into a unique sound. Improvisation also plays a key role in their creative process.
